Adding Board of Directors meeting agendas and minutes is one of the easiest processes on our website.

Log onto WordPress

  • Go to paloaltobridge.org/wp-admin
  • Enter your username and password
  • You will be taken to the ‘Dashboard’ – the main page for editing our site.

Add an Agenda

  • Select Meeting Minutes, or Meeting Minutes > All Meeting Minutes
  • Select Add New at the top of the page.
  • Enter the Month and Year in the Title field.
  • Add the Agenda to the top field named Agenda.
  • Select Preview Changes on the right of the page.  This will open a new tab in your browser and show you what your agenda will look like.
  • Delete the new tab and edit the Agenda as necessary.
  • Select Publish on the right of the page.

Add Minutes to an existing Agenda

  • Select Meeting Minutes, or Meeting Minutes > All Meeting Minutes
  • Select the month you want to add minutes to.
  • Add the Minutes to the field under the Agenda.
  • Select Preview Changes on the right of the page.  This will open a new tab in your browser and show you what your agenda will look like.
  • Delete the new tab and edit the Minutes as necessary.
  • Select Update on the right of the page.

Edit an Agenda or Minutes

  • Select Meeting Minutes, or Meeting Minutes > All Meeting Minutes
  • Select the month you want to add minutes to.
  • Edit the Agenda or Minutes field(s)
  • Select Preview Changes on the right of the page.  This will open a new tab in your browser and show you what your agenda will look like.
  • Delete the new tab and edit the Minutes as necessary.
  • Select Update on the right of the page.
