Phil’s recognition from the American Bridge Teachers’ Association (ABTA) was just announced at the 2024 Summer North American Bridge Championships in Toronto.

40 letters were received by the American Bridge Teachers’ Association in support of Abrahamson’s nomination for the ABTA Master Point Press Teacher of the Year. Abrahamson is a volunteer who teaches free lessons on the online platform Planet Bridge and serves as a mentor for Unit 503 at the Palo Alto Bridge Center.
