You are invited to attend the annual meeting of the Unit membership on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 3:00 pm PT. The meeting will be held at the Palo Alto Bridge Center, 432 Stierlin Road, Mountain View, CA 94043
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. To vote on a proposed amendment to the Constitution and Bylaws of Palo Alto Unit 503. The proposed amendment, to Article XIV (Committees), would delete references to Standing Committees and Special Committees while allowing for committees to be formed as needed. The Board of Directors of Unit 503 has approved the proposed amendment, a copy of which is attached.
2. To review the Unit’s accomplishments in 2019 and plans for 2020.
