The meeting was called to order at 4 PM by Susan Griswold, President.
Present were Board members Susan Griswold, David Crosley, Bev Nuding, Margot Livenspargar, Steve Barasch, Kevin O’Leary, Valerie Baldwin, Sue Barkley, Henryk Szejnwald, and Keith Burnett. Also attending: Club Owners John Schwartz and John Prior, and other Unit members.
Alan Cummings reported that a not to exceed bid of $13,400 for the audio-visual equipment had been received. Keith moved that the bid be accepted. After discussion, this was amended to state that the bid of NTE $13,400 would be accepted after approval by Steve and other interested members. Steve and others will get a physical inspection of the equipment and try to see it in use. Seconded and passed.
The Board and Club Owners will vote on the design of the sign to be installed above the door to the Bridge Center.
The license agreement approval was carried forward to another special Board Meeting to be held October 23 at 4PM. Some wording has yet to be refined.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on November 6 at 3:45 PM. A special Board Meeting to discuss the License Agreement will be held October 23 at 4 PM.
