- Create and approve an Annual Budget (will have the recommended budget from last year’s board as a baseline)
- Appoint two representatives to the District 21 board
- Select financial audit committee and start work

- (15th) Complete financial audit

- Annual Membership Meeting
- Jean Flocks Memorial Unit Game
April
- Spring cleaning
May
- Start organizing The Longest Day
June
- Firecracker Sectional (including Second Harvest fund raiser)
July
- NLM Sectional
August
- Name Board Nominating Committe. Self-nominations open to the membership
September
- (15th) Board nominations close; Nominated candidates present bios for distribution
- President asks the FIC & Treasurer to prepare a recommended Annual Budget for next year
October
- Publish candidates bios in Kibitzer, etc
- Fall cleaning
November
- Election of new Board members
- Thanksgiving Potluck Unit Game (including Second Harvest Fund Raiser)
- FIC & Treasurer propose next year’s recommended Annual Budget to Board for approval
December
- Invite new Board to board meeting
- Elect officers for next year
- Approve next year’s recommended Annual Budget
- Holiday Party Unit Game (include toy drive for Mountain View Community Services Agency)
