  • Spring cleaning

  • Start organizing The Longest Day

  • Firecracker Sectional (including Second Harvest fund raiser)

  • NLM Sectional

  • Name Board Nominating Committe. Self-nominations open to the membership
September
  • (15th) Board nominations close; Nominated candidates present bios for distribution
  • President asks the FIC & Treasurer to prepare a recommended Annual Budget for next year
October
  • Publish candidates bios in Kibitzer, etc
  • Fall cleaning
November
  • Election of new Board members
  • Thanksgiving Potluck Unit Game (including Second Harvest Fund Raiser)
  • FIC & Treasurer propose next year’s recommended Annual Budget to Board for approval
December
  • Invite new Board to board meeting
  • Elect officers for next year
  • Approve next year’s recommended Annual Budget
  • Holiday Party Unit Game (include toy drive for Mountain View Community Services Agency)
