Palo Alto Bridge / Unit Game / Holiday Party

Celebrate the holidays at our annual Unit Game / Holiday Party. This year we will have a potluck lunch followed by a Unit Charity Game with Open and Limited sections. The Unit Sportsmanship and Service awards will be presented before the game starts.

Date: Sunday, December 16, 2018

Time: Lunch at 11:30 AM, Turkey Dinner- pease bring a side dish, salad or desert to share.
Game at 12:30.

Location:  Bridge Center

Charities: Community Services Agency and Second Harvest Food Bank

Cost: FREE. Please bring one or more donations as described on this page.

Everyone who signed up (regular or waitlist) can attend the party.  If you signed up and can not attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can give your spot to someone else.

If you are not on the final signup list please do not come to the party.  You will not be allowed to stay.

The Unit will provide ham, turkey, coffee and tea. Please bring a side dish, salad or desert to share.

This game, including lunch, is FREE. In lieu of a game fee we ask that you donate one or more of the following:

  • A new, unwrapped toy for the Community Services Agency (CSA) Holiday Sharing Program. CSA is focusing on children and teens, ages 9 to 17, whose needs are often forgotten in traditional gift drives. (For space and safety reasons CSA is not able to accept pajamas, used books, stuffed animals, toy guns and games that are not family oriented.)
  • A gift card for CSA so families have more gift options for their older children
  • A donation to Second Harvest Food Bank. Second Harvest Food Bank can buy food much more cheaply than you can so they prefer financial donations.  Non-perishable food donations are also welcome

Reservations are required. You will not be allowed to attend if you have not signed up.

If you need a partner sign up without one and we will help you find one. Cleanup help after dinner would be greatly appreciated.
