Overview

The Recap Report, C or R Report, provides much more information than the standard game report generated by ACBLScore. it also includes, for each hand, a hand record with computer analysis and the score, matchpoints and player names of pairs who played the hand. If generated using a BridgePad data file it also adds the contract played at each table.

The procedure for generating this report is a three step proces:

  • Move the dealing machine game file from the dealing machine computer to the main director’s computer (you may not have to do this if you are generating the report on your own computer).
  • Generate a Recap/Press report from ACLBScore
  • Generate the website Recap Report. Note that the process will automatically use the appropriate BridgePad file if it is in the same folder as the ACBLScore game file.

The procedure assumes the process is done on the Bridge Center director’s computer unless otherwise specified.

Move the DUP file for the game to the director’s computer

  • Load a portable USB drive into the dealing machine computer
  • Locate the DUP file:
    • Select Open – My Computer
    • Select C: Preload
    • Select DMPRO
    • Select the desired file
    • Right click and select Move to – (the name of the USB drive)
  • Remove the USB drive from the dealing machine computer. It is best to use the arrow icon in the lower right corner of the desktop to tell the computer to unmount it.
  • Load the portable USB drive into the director’s Computer.
  • Either leave the DUP file on the USB drive or move it to the director’s computer. Eg., to the desktop. Whichever you do, remember where it is so you can select it in the instructions below.
