The 2018 Firecracker Sectional was another big holiday success. From June 28 to July 1 we hosted 887 tables with multiple levels of competition. A total of 3884.31 Silver Points were awarded over the 5 day event.
Putting on an event like this takes hundreds of hours from many volunteers. It is truly a reflection of the family spirit of Unit 503.
Once again participants donated generously to Second Harvest Food Bank. Thanks to all of you who dug into your wallets for Second Harvest Food Bank over the past 2 months. We raised $14,135 (or 28,270 meals) to feed hungry people in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, plus we doubled our impact with May donations. Way to go, Firecracker players!
