Event Series: Four Over One Mentor

Four-Over-One Mentor’s Table (4/1) is a unique mentoring experience in which four similar-level Mentees play real duplicate hands in-person under the watchful eye of an expert Mentor. The Mentor provides feedback immediately after each board while the challenges are fresh in the Mentees’ minds. Mentees can also compare their self-recorded results to Double Dummy analysis and to Game Results posted online.

  • Ideal for a Beyond-the-Basics Beginner, a Seasoned Beginner or an Emerging Intermediate.
  • Appropriate for an Individual or a Partnership.
  • Pay the club’s regular playing fee for a three-hour session with an expert Mentor.
  • No master points are awarded.
  • A 4/1 session may be cancelled if Mentee attendance is insufficient or if a Mentor is unavailable.
  • It is very important for Mentees to attend their 4/1 sessions on time; late-shows and no-shows affect the entire 4/1 table.
