Call to Order
David Merenbach, President of the Board, served as Chair of the meeting, called the meeting to order at 4:28PM and announced that a quorum of the Board members was present and that the meeting, having duly convened, was ready to proceed with business.
Approval of Meeting Minutes
Eli Wismer announced that the minutes of the March 15, 2022 Board Meeting were approved via email.
Celebrity Lecture Series
Kathy Wheeler reported on the status of the 2022 Celebrity Lecture Series. There were 65 participants for the Robert Todd April 2 Lecture, resulting in $762 net revenue for the Unit. Next Celebrity Lectures:

Financial Update
Marc Cervellino presented an update on our Finances. There was a Net Operating loss and negative Cashflow for both March and the first three months of the year.
Extend Table Rent Discount
It was proposed that we charge no table fee for the first 3 tables per Face-to-Face sessions at the club through the month of April. M/S/P, with John Schwartz abstaining.
Firecracker Sectional Update
Gerry MacDonald and Marc Cervellino presented an update on the status of the Firecracker Sectional to be held in July. They led a discussion regarding driving attendance, and financial risk reduction if attendance is lower than prior years.
Zoom vs. In Person Board Meetings
It was decided to continue Unit 503 Board of Directors Meetings via Zoom.
President’s Presentation at Annual Membership Meeting
It was agreed to post on our Website David’s presentation from the Annual Membership Meeting that was held via Zoom just prior to this Board Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15PM.
