DESCRIPTION:Swiss Team games are great fun to play and grant generous masterpoint awards. This game is a great opportunity to polish your team’s Swiss Team play in a club game environment one week before the Firecracker. So\, call your partners\, form your team\, and sign up and play in the game. \nThis Swiss Team game will have an Open section and a NLM Section.  A Swiss Team lecture will be held at 9:30 AM.  The Swiss Team game will start at 10:45 AM.  A light lunch will be served. \nFor planning purposes\, we ask that players sign-up for the Tuesday Morning Alpine Club game on June 27 here. \nThe game reservation system is designed for pairs games and not Swiss Teams. DESCRIPTION:Slam Bidding with Big Distributional Values\nWebinar\nMichael Berkowitz is a young bridge professional\, son of David Berkowitz\, a bridge legend.  Michael works with Larry Cohen giving webinars and other forms of instruction.  He also has a column in the ACBL Bridge magazine.  Michael has a delightful sense of humor as well as insightful instruction. \n\nAs a teacher\, he models his instruction style after his mother\, and takes his humor from his father. The combination has allowed him to teach all levels and pass his love of the game to others. \nIn addition to directing and teaching\, Michael edits for several bridge publications. DESCRIPTION:A monthly class for novice and intermediate players. \nEach class is standalone with a hands-on lesson\, followed by pre-dealt boards. You’ll also receive a handout with a summary.  Classes will review and reinforce basics; many will present new concepts as well. \nYou can attend as many or as few as you like. We do ask you to register for each class in advance (scroll down) so we can prepare enough pre-made boards and handouts. \nDo I need a partner? No\, but partners are encouraged to attend together. \nWill classes always be the 4th Saturday of the month? No – class dates may shift due to unit games or other events\, but will usually be the 4th or 5th Saturday. \nDo I need to know 2 Over 1? No\, but partners are encouraged to attend together. \nWill classes always be the 4th Saturday of the month? No – class dates may shift due to unit games or other events\, but will usually be the 4th or 5th Saturday. \nDo I need to know 2 Over 1?
